Metro Rod LTD is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our Macclesfield Support Centre. The role handles phone and email inquiries from National and Local Accounts, resolves complaints, and coordinates with suppliers to uphold client SLAs.
We offer a 4 day working week and an office-based environment. Salary is £26,743 per annum, increasing after probation, with benefits including a pension, life assurance, and more.
