Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a SEND Customer Services and Complaints Officer for a thrilling three-month locum assignment in Macclesfield. The role leads investigation and resolution of SEND complaints, compliments, and comments while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will work with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to improve complaint handling, provide training, and ensure responses meet statutory timescales.
