Cheshire East Council is seeking a Casual Library Assistant to cover absences at Macclesfield and Bollington Libraries, with shifts at nearby libraries. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling enquiries in person and on the telephone, and signposting to other services.
The role includes helping with children’s and adults’ activities, assisting with self-service terminals and public computers, shelving and working as part of a supportive team to maintain a welcoming library
