We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work within high schools across the Macclesfield area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that students continue their learning during a teacher's absence. If you have experience working with young people, are adaptable, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher
Ensure students remain engaged and complete set tasks
Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Support student's well being and emotional needs
Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff
Adhere to the school's policies and procedures at all times

What We Are Looking For :

Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is an advantage)
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a calm, positive atmosphere
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Reliable, punctual, and professional
