Role: Senior Library Mentor
Grade: Band 4b (SCP 11 – SCP 12)
Reporting to: Head of Achievement and Progress

AboutThe Role
The Senior Library Mentor will be responsible for the daily operation of the library and the immediate supervision of library staff. The role ensures the effective operation of library facilities, promotes a positive working environment, and collaborates with curriculum departments to make resources available to students and staff.

- Educated to A‑Level or equivalent.
- Experience of successfully working with students / young people in an educational setting.
- Ability to drive and maintain high standards.
- Knowledge and experience of using MS packages.
- Ability to organise and maintain records effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
