Job Title: Cover Supervisors
Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire
Contract Type: contract
Salary: £90-£130 a day
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher.
- Ensure students remain engaged and complete set tasks.
- Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students' well-being and emotional needs.
- Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures at all times.
- Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is an advantage).
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a calm, positive atmosphere.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
