Location: Stockport (with some national and international travel)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus + Pension

Based in Stockport, we are a specialist in the design and build of inspection and simulation machines. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a Graduate Engineer to join us. Key Responsibilities

Technical Support Provide technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and support service interventions and projects.

System Management Work towards supporting and overseeing system performance, conduct regular audits and performance assessments, and ensure optimal system reliability.

Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of service activities, system configurations, and equipment maintenance.

Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with customers, provide clear feedback, explain product functionality, and manage technical issues to maximize customer benefit.
