  • Maintain project plans, milestones, actions, risks, dependencies and governance evidence.
  • Lead project reviews and ensure actions, decisions and approvals are clearly recorded.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Control changes to scope, specification, cost, resources and delivery dates.
  • Monitor progress, cost and margin, driving action and escalating risks early.
  • Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), installation and commissioning.
  • Ensure validation, handover and close-out requirements are completed or formally assigned.
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience within engineering, manufacturing, machinery, or automation.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured approach to governance, risk management, change control and project documentation.
  • Experience working directly with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, layouts and project documentation.
  • Commercial awareness, including project cost, margin, scope and resource implications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
