We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accounts Manager to take charge of managing contracts, producing trading accounts, overseeing invoicing, and ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations. In this role, you'll also focus on team development and fostering strong relationships across the business.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Ensure timely production of profit and loss accounts and contract compliance.
  • Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure client invoices are accurate and issued on time.
  • Provide financial support to operational and site teams.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering growth and development.
  • Deliver projects and ad hoc work on time, providing updates.
  • Produce monthly reports for senior finance management.
  • Coordinate financial data for year‑end audits.
  • Monitor and review key controls, addressing any concerns.
