NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce

- ✨ Caring, resilient, and emotionally intelligent individuals
- ✨ Experienced in residential childcare, with ability to lead and supervise staff
- ✨ Confident in challenging situations and maintaining safeguarding standards
- ✨ Holds a Full UK manual driving licence

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent).
- Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
💼 Role Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and safeguarding to children and young people
- Build positive, long-term relationships and teach life skills
- Supervise residential staff and lead shifts
- Manage rotas, policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Ensure placement plans are followed and education is supported
- Well-established national residential care provider
- Over 30 homes across the UK
- Strong therapeutic and trauma-informed model
- Supportive leadership and management team
