East Cheshire NHS Trust is looking to appoint enthusiastic, self-motivated and compassionate people to join our team of Clinical Support Workers.

We are looking for Clinical Support Workers who are capable of working in a busy, challenging and rewarding environment who possess excellent communication skills, can maintain a high degree of confidentiality and are able to work to deadlines, provide excellent personal care to our patients and work as part of team.

Duties will include providing a high standard of care by attending to aspects of patient personal hygiene, maintaining patient tissue integrity and providing pressure area care, recording of observations, liaising with the patient's families and the general public and supporting your colleagues in providing a positive experience for the patient. We can offer a range of working opportunities including full and part time hours covering a variety of shift patterns over a 7 day rota including early, lates and night duty.

Hours per week:
Full time and part time vacancies available.

Main duties of the job

The role of the Clinical Support Worker is to work under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse to provide the highest possible standard of essentially care for patients and their families carer.

The postholder will work under the direction of the Registered nurse to Provide and deliver a high standard of compassionate personal care recognising and meeting the specific needs of the patients.

We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons. In accordance with UK Immigration Policy, this role does not meet the UK Immigration Policy eligibility criteria and therefore we are unable to provide Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship.
