Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to support the Intravenous Therapy at Home Service across Cheshire East. The post offers flexible full or part-time hours for a 7 day service.
You will visit patients in their own homes to deliver increasingly complex care, manage IV therapy including cannulation, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic care and a positive patient journey.
