CYGNET is seeking a confident Day Senior Support Worker to deliver outstanding care at Broughton Lodge. You will work 42 hours per week, days only, including alternate weekends, with 8 am–8 pm shifts and a supportive MDT.
You will provide enhanced care, guidance through physical and emotional support, and learn individuals’ needs while assisting with medical welfare and reporting as required. This role also supports management in daily operations and fosters a safe environment.
