This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Community Occupational Therapist with expertise in Moving and Handling to join our dynamic team in Macclesfield for a contract of 3 months. What you will do:

• Engage with the community as a dedicated Occupational Therapist, specialising in Moving and Handling as well as working with Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) and Blue Badges.
• Conduct regular visits to clients’ homes and attend the office for meetings to ensure the continuity and quality of care.
• Utilise your comprehensive training in moving and handling to support and advise clients effectively.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, bringing your expertise and flexibility to contribute to the team’s success.

Requirements:
This role requires you to have up-to-date moving and handling training, and you must be willing to visit clients regularly and attend office meetings. Being a team player is key, as is flexibility to adapt to the varied needs of the community. A driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel within Macclesfield.
