If you’re an HR Advisor who enjoys variety, autonomy and being close to the day-to-day heartbeat of an organisation, this 12-month fixed-term role could be a great next step. You’ll be joining a values-led social care organisation with multiple sites across the North West, and you’ll play a key part in strengthening people practices during a period of positive growth.

Working as part of a friendly and collaborative People team, you’ll partner with managers across the region, offering practical HR support, coaching and guidance. No two days look the same — and you’ll have the chance to get involved in both operational and project-based work.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a genuinely broad generalist role, touching every part of the employee lifecycle. Your work will include:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, offering clear guidance on policies, procedures and best practice
• Owning and progressing a varied ER caseload, ensuring matters are handled fairly and consistently
• Supporting recruitment activity and ensuring new starters have a smooth onboarding experience
• Contributing to engagement initiatives and wider People projects alongside senior HR colleagues
