CoComply is building AI-Native Services Governance, the control layer that brings services spend under management at major corporations, typically with 500-5,000 employees.
Services spend - consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers - is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least well-governed. It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance, owned by no function and reflected by no system end-to-end. Global worker classification rules have made the gap expensive, and in the UK, HMRC has shown it will collect.
CoComply is the control layer that fixes this. We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.
Role PurposeYou will bring specialist knowledge of IR35 and employment status legislation, a commercial mindset, and the energy to help us expand into new international markets. This is a role for someone who wants to do great client-facing work today, and build something bigger tomorrow.
Reporting & StructureYou will report to the Head of Client Success and work closely with the Product and Sales teams. Over an initial 6-month onboarding period you will deepen your knowledge of CoComply's platform and processes before taking on full autonomy.
