  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder reviews.
  • Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including BRDs, process maps, functional specifications, data requirements and gap analyses.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly within the Life & Pensions sector.
  • Support testing, validation and business readiness activities associated with archived and migrated data.
  • Identify and resolve issues through structured analysis and root cause investigation.
Essential Experience
  • Proven Experience as a Business Analyst within data-focused change or transformation programmes.
  • Strong Experience delivering work streams relating to data archiving, data retention, legacy data management, system decommissioning or data migration.
  • Experience working within Life & Pensions, Insurance or Financial Services environments.

  • Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale migration or platform modernisation programmes.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Key Characteristics

  • Strong problem solver with excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand complex business and data processes.
  • Proactive, self-starting and comfortable operating in an evolving programme environment.
