We have an exciting opportunity for a Fee Earner with experience in the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) scheme. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of CICA claims and provide expert support throughout the claims process.
Key Requirements:- Prior knowledge and experience of the CICA scheme is essential
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferred
- Ability to manage claims from inception through to settlement
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
