Due to our continual growth and success, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Robotic Mower Technician to join our busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone preferably with proven experience in the industry that can carry out installations, servicing, and maintenance of robotic lawn mowers but not essential.
* The Role
* You will be responsible for:
* Carrying out installation of robotic mowers for domestic and professional customers, from the domestic house hold to professional sports complexes. This may include precision programming, and customer demonstrations.
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on Husqvarna Automowers and other makes of robotic mowers, both in our workshop and on-site at customer locations.
* Performing routine servicing and software updates to ensure machines operate at their best.
* Providing excellent after-sales support and advice to our large customer network.
* Maintaining accurate job records and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
* About You
* We require someone with a positive work ethic ideally with some hands-on experience in robotic mower installation and repair.
* The requirements of the ideal candidate will be:
* * Technically skilled, with a good understanding of electronics, mechanics, and software configuration.
* Confident in working both independently and as part of a team.
* Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills and take pride in their work.
* Organised and able to manage workloads effectively.
* In possession of a full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience with robotic mowers (advantageous but not essential).
* Practical problem-solving skills and technical knowledge are a must.
* Comprehension in using diagnostic tools and software.
