Contract Type:
Permanent, Part‑time, Full year — 2 positions available. Options include 10 or 12 hours per week, or 22 hours per week for one person.

10 hours per week:
Monday‑Friday 6am‑8am or 3:30pm‑5:30pm.

12 hours per week:
Monday‑Thursday 6am‑8:30am & Friday 6am‑8am OR Monday‑Thursday 3:30pm‑6pm & Friday 3:30pm‑5:30pm.

The role is based at The County High School, Leftwich, a high‑performing, fully inclusive, co‑educational 11‑16 school with approximately 1,050 students, 60 teaching staff and 60 support staff. The school serves a mixed catchment area with a Published Admission Number of 210 and is currently significantly over‑subscribed.

The Cleaner will undertake the cleaning of designated areas within the school, ensuring a tidy, hygienic environment for students and staff.

• Clean, wash, sweep, and vacuum designated areas, including toilets, shower areas, and fixtures & fittings.
• Empty litter bins, polish surfaces, and dust all areas.
• Use powered cleaning equipment where appropriate.
• Carry out thorough holiday cleans of all areas.

• Experience of cleaning.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Hardworking and reliable.

The successful applicant must have enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
