This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing Macclesfield team within a well-established private client team.

With significant investment into conveyancing infrastructure, strong referrer relationships, and a clear plan for developing senior talent, this role is ideal for someone who wants a blend of quality work, autonomy, progression, and stability.

• 3+ years’ PQE Solicitor or CLC Conveyancer (essential)
• Confident managing a full, varied conveyancing caseload
• Experience meeting monthly billing expectations
• Comfortable with leasehold complexity and title issue resolution
• Adaptable, proactive and resilient with strong communication skills
• Experience in BD with agents/developers (desired)
• Supervisory experience with assistants/trainees (desired)
• Proclaim knowledge (desired, but full training provided)

• Build strong relationships with estate agents, developers and referrers
• Attend networking events and help drive Trustpilot/Google review growth
• Supervise, mentor and quality‑check the work of your allocated assistant
• Contribute to improving workflows, templates and processes in Proclaim
• Collaborate with Wills/Probate and Family teams to generate cross‑referrals
• Work mainly from the Macclesfield office, with up to two WFH days per week
