Electronic Assembler Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join their skilled manufacturing team in Macclesfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-focused electronics and electromechanical assembly environment, supporting the build and assembly of bespoke products for a range of industry sectors.
The Electronic Assembler role will involve:
Assembling electronic and electromechanical products to specification
Working from schematic drawings, wiring schedules, and assembly instructions
Carrying out miniature wiring, soldering, and crimping to a high standard
Building and terminating cable assemblies and wiring looms
Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules and quality standards
The Electronic Assembler will need to have the following attributes:
Previous experience in an Electronic Assembler, Electronics Technician, or similar manufacturing role
Ability to read and interpret schematic electrical drawings and wiring schedules
Proven experience with miniature wiring, soldering, and crimping
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
