Production Operatives Wanted - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity | Weekly Pay

Knutsford

Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

£12.94 per hour

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Knutsford.

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing process, supporting production activities and ensuring products are assembled and prepared to a high standard.

• Assembling products using machined components
• Using hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
• Conducting basic product testing and quality checks
• Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Supporting general workshop and production operations
• Assisting with additional manufacturing tasks as required
• Working towards daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Updating production records and carrying out basic data entry

Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential. However, ideal candidates will:

• Have previous manufacturing or assembly experience (desirable)
• Be confident using basic hand tools
• Possess basic computer and data entry skills
• Be reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Work well as part of a team
• Be willing to learn new processes and skills
• Have good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
