Registered Nurse – Mount Hall

Pay: £18.68-£21.70 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift: 24 hours per week across mixed shifts (8am‑8pm / 8pm‑8am).

Location:

Flash Lane, Bollington, Macclesfield, SK10 5AQ
(Mount Hall).

Registered nurse responsible for delivering person‑centred care, supporting independence, honouring resident choice, and focusing on clinical excellence. Training on digital care practices is provided.

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coaching and guiding the team through formal and informal teaching programmes.
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, responsible for unit management and clinical duties.
• Experience in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring policies are upheld.
• Ability to deliver clinical guidance to care teams and support CQC tasks.
• Skill in building connections with residents and families, providing kindness and support.
• Effective communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues.
• Strong critical thinking and self‑reliant skills for night shift duties, with ability to manage care staff and remain calm in emergencies.
