Part‑time Health Visitor in the 0‑19+ Service, responsible for managing a caseload of universal partnership and partnership plus families, supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, and conducting public health activities within a geographical area. Requires good communication, interpersonal, leadership and flexible solution‑focused skills. Must collaborate with other agencies for child safeguarding and hold knowledge of Clinical Governance, Risk Management, Audits and relevant Professional Codes.

• Experience managing a Health Visiting caseload
• Continuing professional development evidence
• Leading assessment, planning and evaluation of care
• Integrated working experience
• Proficient with email, internet and word processing software
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding issues

• RN (Adult or Child/RSCN) or RM
• BSc/Public Health Nursing – Health Visiting or equivalent
• V100 Nurse Prescriber
• Motivational Interviewing trained
• Solihull Approach trained
• Promotional Interviewing trained

• Access to a car for work purposes

Subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. A Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
