We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Duty Manager to help oversee the daily operations of the bar, floor, kitchen, and letting rooms, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Our ideal Duty Manager leads by example—motivating and inspiring the team while being willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. No task is too small, especially during busy service times when teamwork is key.

You’ll be professional, friendly, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This role is the perfect first step on the management ladder, offering excellent training and development to support your career progression.
