OverviewWe have a newly created opportunity for an Aftersales Advisor to join our workshop team in a dual role. The Advisor acts as a vital link between customers and the workshop, managing service appointments from enquiry to completion. They handle parts enquiries, support administrative functions, and recommend additional services or products. By blending organisation, product knowledge, and customer focus, the Advisor drives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across the Parts and Service department.
Additionally, the role involves delivering exceptional customer service, guiding customers in selecting motorcycle accessories, and supporting the overall showroom and aftersales operations. The Advisor assists customers through the purchasing process, maintains showroom and store standards, and works closely with other departments to achieve a seamless experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Day‑to‑Day- Provide excellent customer service, in person and over the phone, promoting services, parts, and accessories.
- Manage service bookings, workflows, and ensure technicians receive accurate job information.
- Advise customers on parts and accessories, coordinating with suppliers and stock as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and process payments.
- Collaborate with workshop, sales, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
- Uphold store presentation, brand values, and a high‑quality customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Parts, Clothing or Service Advisor role.
- Experience with in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and parts catalogues.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
Passion for motorcycles and experience in dealership systems, CRMs, stock/parts management, or automotive/motorcycle aftersales.
