Retail Store Manager

Location: Macclesfield

Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum + bonus + OTE

Hours: 40 hours per week

Lead and support established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have strong coaching skills. Ideally you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs.

You'll be able to drive sales through your people and take a holistic view of the business.

This role offers a competitive base salary of £33,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience), an achievable bonus – monthly performance bonus worth £10,700 per annum based on hitting key KPIs.
