• Wednesday: 05:30 – 15:00
• Friday: 05:30 – 13:00

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour and increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.

• Serve shoppers and provide great customer service.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand your store's performance and support service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Follow policies and be a brand ambassador, arriving on time, well presented and ready to work.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers so they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
