As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Manager's absence. This role will be predominantly based in the Bikes & Cycling department, so an understanding of bikes or a passion for cycling, coupled with leadership experience, would be advantageous.

We are looking for a commercially minded and sales-focused manager who can lead from the front, drive sales performance, and make a measurable impact on key KPIs within the Bike Hut. You'll be passionate about delivering results, developing your team, and creating an outstanding customer experience that helps grow the department's success.
