Due to continued growth, our client is now looking to expand its in-house sales team with ambitious, target-driven Sales Executives.
The RoleThis is not a traditional call centre position.
Sales Executives will engage with customers who have already expressed interest online, identifying their requirements and converting enquiries into high-quality leads for partner companies.
The role suits individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking to build a long-term career in sales with strong earning potential.
Salary progression is available through regular performance-based reviews, with the potential to reach a £30,000 basic within the first year.
Responsibilities- Contact warm leads who have already engaged with online platforms
- Identify customer needs and generate high-quality sales opportunities
- Build rapport and guide customers through their options
- Recognise buying signals and manage conversations effectively

Previous sales or call centre experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
