Salary: £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

• Operate in a fast‑paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Deliver professional customer service by greeting customers and supporting them and colleagues.
• Help keep stores safe and secure: prevent loss, respond to incidents, identify risks and support safe working practices.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body‑worn cameras, to support operations and incident management.
• Stay calm under pressure, respond to challenging situations, and support emergency procedures.
• Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards and create a positive environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and support the store when needed.

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• Valid SIA licence is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, confident and professional approach.
• Proactive mindset with ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• Passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

All candidates must be able to provide a 5‑year checkable work history within the UK.
