• Chair review meetings for looked-after children, ensuring care plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as needed.
• Liaise with social workers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children.
• Monitor the local authority’s performance in fulfilling its duty to looked-after children and escalate issues as necessary.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers regarding complex cases and care plan development.
• Ensure that the voices of children and families are central to the planning and review processes.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
• Current registration with Social Work England, maintaining professional standards and practice.
• Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services, operating as a qualified Social Worker and providing high-quality care solutions.
