Cheshire East Council is seeking a Family Advisor (Navigator) to join the Best Start in Life Family Hubs across the North of the Borough, including Macclesfield.
You will support families with children aged 0-19 (25 for SEND) by coordinating with health, education and social care, and through a universal access point for family services. Strong communication, organisation and signposting skills are essential.
