A growing UK-based digital business is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join their small, ambitious team as they transition from an agency model into a scalable software platform
.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working across multiple projects and industries (especially manufacturing and product‑led businesses). No two days will look the same.
What you’ll be doing- Building and maintaining full stack web applications
- Working across internal platforms and client systems
- Developing with PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js
- Translating real‑world processes into smart digital tools
- Collaborating in a close‑knit, agile team
- Commercial experience across multiple projects / clients
- Strong PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js experience
- Comfortable working across different systems and priorities
- SQL, Git, and modern development workflows
- Agency or multi‑project background preferred
- Craft CMS
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or physical products
- £40k–£50k salary, with option to increase after 6 months
- Flexible hybrid working/remote
