Job description

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Water, Gas and Electricity (not phone lines etc)
  • Ginger Energy (Brokers) Liaison for Premier Estates
  • Liaising with all teams to resolve historic and ongoing queries
  • Work with Mobilisation team to ensure efficient onboarding of new devs – Utility supplies
  • Making payments to Utility Suppliers in Qube
  • Loading EDI files onto Qube
  • Utility Portals – download invoices from Portal
  • Scanned Docs from Reception – Download
  • Credits & Refund Postings
  • Reconciling monthly / quarterly EDI files from suppliers to ensure accurate payments are made
  • Warrant Officers on Site – Process development
  • Building relationships with other teams – regular meetings (Possibly attend SEM Monday call)
  • Monitor / Coordinate Utilities Inbox
  • Involvement in Utility Recharges – ensuring accurate reads submitted and invoices based on actuals
  • Smart Meter rollout – involvement
  • Transfer of Utilities to Dwellant
  • Develop a SharePoint Utilities Hub
