. Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season in March. The role is mobile and covers Alderley Edge and surrounding areas.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Region: Macclesfield

Required:

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
• A valid driver’s licence

Job Description:

• Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Customer‑service interaction to ensure client satisfaction
• Vehicle checks
• Company van, mobile iPad provided
• Full PPE, tools and equipment supplied

• £30k‑£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed
