Call Center Agents – Twinsburg, Ohio

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is hiring Call Center Agents for full‑time positions. We offer paid training, up to $16 per hour, PTO, benefits, and bonuses. Positions are hybrid (after training) and available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Immediate hires available; must be willing to train and work at our Twinsburg, OH corporate office.

We are seeking friendly, upbeat people to join our Customer Care Team. Our Customer Care Specialists are the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for the best first impression. Their primary responsibility is to assist new customers in scheduling a free design consultation with one of our Design Consultants.

• Answer incoming calls from customers, uncover their needs, and schedule a design consultation with a product expert or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with each call.
• Accurately enter customer information into our database to set each appointment.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers as necessary for follow‑up initiatives.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

• Ability to multi‑task (talk and type simultaneously) and overcome objections.
