Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | $45–$50/hour | 4-Day Week | Private Practice
Q & A Dental Care in Macedonia, Ohio is looking for a permanent Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to become a major, long-term part of a quality-focused private practice. This is an opportunity for an RDH who values time with patients, strong relationships, patient education, and doing excellent work without being rushed.
Our hygiene model is intentionally different:
• 75-minute hygiene appointments
• No double-booking
• Time to care for and educate patients
• Doctor-owned private-practice environment
• Quality-focused care and strong patient relationships
Schedule
This is a substantial, full-time-sized schedule concentrated into four clinical days:
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 35 hours per week
• Fridays and weekends off
Four days per week is preferred, ideally with broad coverage of this schedule. Three days may work for an otherwise exceptional long-term fit, but this is not a casual fill-in role. We are looking for reliable, substantial, permanent hygiene coverage and the opportunity for the right person to become primary or near-primary hygiene coverage as the practice grows.
Compensation and benefits
• $45–$50 per hour, based on experience, clinical strength, schedule coverage, and long-term fit
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
