Join our team as a VLT Service Representative, where you'll provide exceptional guest service while accurately completing paperwork, preparing hopper fills, and processing jackpots. You'll communicate essential information to Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our guests. THE STARTING RATE: $15.38

• Accurately complete paperwork, prepare jackpots, and communicate relevant information to Supervisors, Technicians, and the Coin and Security departments.
• Work at the Players Club Booth by enrolling guests in the Players Club program and issuing complimentary items according to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with the policies and regulations of the Gaming Control Board while maintaining the security of issued keys, radios, and slot cards.
• Maintain a fixed amount of currency for breaking down large bills for use by the Slot Bill Validators.
• Assist patrons by explaining the Players Club membership application, benefits, and how the card works at the slot machines, and notify supervisors or Security of unusual events or concerns.

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Must have 6 months of prior customer service experience in a similar environment.
• The ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required; previous cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills, with effective communication in English (both written and verbal).
• Must communicate concisely and logically while maintaining confidentiality and working well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with attention to detail.
