The VLT Technician II is responsible for performing shop repairs, rebuilding slot machines, and gaining hands-on experience with all gaming devices and related systems, all while delivering exceptional guest service.

Starting Rate: $21.51

• Perform floor repairs and preventative maintenance on all slot machines, including machine cleaning and overhauls
• Maintain the integrity of slot machine equipment and safeguard all company assets and property at all times
• Collaborate with Slot Technical and Slot Operational team members to ensure slot machines, change machines (TRU / JDU), and on-line system equipment are functioning properly and meeting customer needs
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft

• Is at least 21 years old
• Has a minimum of six months of experience as a Slot Technician, Electronic Technician, or in a comparable technical role
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Has the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Has flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends as needed.
