• Communicate with Restaurant Reservations regarding special requests and ensure all information is passed to management while maintaining knowledge of daily activities, house counts, and table setups.
• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and manage phone calls, keeping an accurate count of reservations and handling the reservation book.
• Ensure menus are current, properly inserted, and in good condition; replace any that are worn.
• Relay guest needs and feedback to the kitchen and management, assisting to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
• Check on guests waiting to be seated to assure them they haven't been forgotten; maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and manage closing procedures.

• Must be willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years of experience in a restaurant as a host is preferred.
• Ability to engage guests and create a positive first impression while addressing concerns promptly.
