Silvercote, a Service Partners company, manufactures high‑quality metal building insulation products customized to project specifications. Our made‑to‑order business requires working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment to meet customer needs. You will lead and find solutions that solve problems and drive success across our North American network of branch locations, supporting sales, production, warehouse and customer support teams.

• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
• Accurately measure material for efficiency.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping.
• Ensure production levels are met daily.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Preferred experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment.
• Medically certified to wear respirator (if required).
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift certified.

High school diploma or GED required.

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.

Local travel; less than 10% of the time.

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing as needed.

$13.00 – $30.00 per hour. The actual base salary offered will vary based on relevant factors.
