The Mission Own press setups and start-ups for plastic injection molding jobs.

Continuously watch outputs and fine-tune machine settings to maintain efficiency and quality.

Coordinate material loading and flow to prevent starvation or contamination.

Identify root causes of processing, equipment, and quality problems and implement fixes.

Carry out routine inspections and maintenance on machines, molds, and support equipment.

Uphold all quality standards and enforce safe work practices on every run.

What You Bring Hands-on background in plastic injection molding.

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting capability.

Experience performing tool/die/mold setups.

Exposure to Toshiba or Haitian presses is preferred.
