Injection Molding Setup & Process Optimization Technician

• Own press setups and start-ups for plastic injection molding jobs.
• Continuously watch outputs and fine-tune machine settings to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate material loading and flow to prevent starvation or contamination.
• Identify root causes of processing, equipment, and quality problems and implement fixes.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance on machines, molds, and support equipment.
• Uphold all quality standards and enforce safe work practices on every run.

• Hands-on background in plastic injection molding.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting capability.
• Experience performing tool/die/mold setups.
• Exposure to Toshiba or Haitian presses is preferred.

• $32–$36 per hour
• Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Rotating cadence: three days on, then three to four days off
