Commercial Driver – Full Time

Join Auto Zone as a Commercial Driver. No CDL required. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers while delivering WOW! Customer Service.

Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll maintain smooth delivery operations, support store teams, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Engage with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide automotive advice and installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Meet time and accuracy goals, follow company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of parts; load/unload per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from near‑store or vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone driver safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full‑time flexible schedule available (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills (English & Spanish).
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
