Insulation Superintendent

Job Overview

• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies to guide employees.
• Report job and schedule status to management as appropriate.
• Identify and resolve issues that prevent work‑order completion or impact scheduling.
• Perform Job Site Inspections (JSIs).
• Execute day‑to‑day warehouse duties.
• Oversee quality of work performed and report discrepancies.
• Examine work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
• Conduct daily safety meetings with crews to foster a culture of safety.
• Provide On‑Job Training (OJT) to workers so work is performed per company specifications and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Experience in construction trades and leading a crew.
• Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.

This is a safety‑sensitive position.

Type of travel required: local. Amount of travel required: less than 25 %. Availability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, lift and unload products, climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing as needed.
