Responsibilities
Operate within an operational contact structure to manage client issues such as vehicle breakdowns.
Oversee the digital support process, intervening when necessary.
Ensure successful support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements
Total availability for 24 h/7 days shifts.
Based in Italy.
C1/C2 French proficiency (written and spoken).
Previous experience in operations and/or customer service (a plus).
Team spirit.
Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar.
Fixed‑term contract for 6 months with the possibility of confirmation.
Shift‑based role requiring occasional night and weekend shifts.
