Position: Ingénieur Data (H/F) Stage / Alternance

We are seeking a motivated and skilled   AI, Python & Power Apps Developer   to join our digital transformation team. This hybrid role bridges traditional software development with low-code/no-code solutions, supporting business process automation, data analytics, and AI integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate), and a keen interest in applying AI/ML solutions to real-world business problems.

Key responsabilities:
Python & AI Development
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
Build and deploy machine learning models using libraries such as Num Py, Pandas   ,   scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, or PyTorch.
Integrate AI solutions (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, computer vision) into enterprise workflows.
Work with APIs and automation frameworks to connect disparate systems.

Power Apps Development
Design and build custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate Power Platform apps with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services.
Ensure responsive and user-friendly UI/UX in Power Apps.

General
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end users.
Document technical specifications and provide end-user training and support.
Stay current on emerging AI trends, Microsoft Power Platform updates, and relevant technologies.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Python development.

Experience with machine learning, AI frameworks, or related projects.
Hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Good understanding of data integration, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
Familiarity with Azure AI services, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot integration.
Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and version control (e.g., Git).
Experience working in agile environments.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI/ML (a plus).
