We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Dental Business Assistant to be the friendly face and heartbeat of our front office at our Machesney Park location.
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

- Monday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
- Previous dental experience (required)
- Excellent communicator + natural people person
- Super organized and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Comfortable with dental software and computers
- Positive, upbeat personality that patients and teammates can count on
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
